Questions worth answering honestly
When is GA?
Later in 2026. We are building against five founding centres' real term calendars first, so the v1 spec is proven before anyone else pays for it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export everything to CSV at any time, for any reason, with no exit fee. Your records are yours; we just hold them for you while you're a customer.
Do you support PayNow QR?
Yes. Parents pay by PayNow on their own phone, and the centre can also take cards through its own Stripe account for families who prefer that.
What about grants?
PSG, EDG, SFEC and EDGE grants exist for a reason, but they come with paperwork, a claim process, and an out-of-pocket balance you still pay. At S$2,400 a year with no lock-in, Centrely is often cheaper than a subsidised project's out-of-pocket cost, without a grant application to write.
Is my parents' data PDPA-safe?
Yes. Children's data is treated as sensitive by design: access is scoped to your staff, every mutation is audit-logged, and we do not sell or share family data with anyone.
Do you support multiple outlets?
Multi-outlet is on the roadmap, not shipped today. If you run more than one location, talk to us, we're prioritising this against real founding-partner demand.
