The founding-partner enquiry form is the only form on this site. If you fill it in, we collect your centre name, your name, your WhatsApp number, your vertical, and whatever you write in the message field. We use these details for exactly one thing: replying to your enquiry. We do not sell this information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond getting back to you about founding-partner access.

Browsing the site without submitting the form leaves nothing behind that identifies you.

Centrely is a Singapore business and treats the Personal Data Protection Act as the floor, not the ceiling. If you want to know what we hold about you, have us correct it, or have it deleted, write to hello@centrely.sg. A person reads and answers this inbox, not a ticketing system.

Once a centre is running on Centrely, every child’s record belongs to that centre alone. Staff at one centre can never see another centre’s families, access is scoped to the staff a centre chooses to grant it to, and every change to a child’s record is logged with who made it and when. This follows the PDPC’s guidance on children’s data specifically, not just the general PDPA. Parents never create an account with Centrely directly; they consent to their centre holding their child’s records, the same way they already do with the paper forms most centres use today.
